• Information you give us. When you submit a quote or booking request, or use a contact/lead form, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, preferred date, group size, and the yacht or add-ons you’re interested in.
• Messages. If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone, or by email, we receive the content of those messages and your contact details.
• Usage & device data. Automatically, we collect information such as your IP address, approximate location (city/region derived from your IP), device and browser type, referring page, the pages and sections you view, and interactions like scrolling and button clicks. We also record which landing-page variant you saw.
• Cookies & similar technologies. We and our analytics/advertising partners use cookies, local storage, and pixels to remember your session, measure performance, and improve marketing.

How we use your information

• Respond to your requests and provide quotes, bookings, and customer service.
• Send you the information you asked for (for example, a quote or available dates) and related follow-ups about your enquiry.

• Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and session analytics to see how pages are used.
• Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly, aggregate traffic measurement.
• Resend — delivery of transactional emails (e.g., your quote and our reply).
• Supabase — secure storage of the form submissions and event data above.
