These terms govern your use of this website and any charter or catering services you book with Zova Yachts (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or booking with us, you agree to these terms. They’re a plain-language summary of how we work — your final booking confirmation controls the specific details of your charter.

Enquiries & quotes

Prices shown on the site are starting “from” rates for a standard charter length and may vary by date, season, group size, add-ons, and availability. A quote isn’t a confirmed booking until we confirm your date and details in writing (e.g., by WhatsApp or email) and any required deposit is received.

Booking & payment

• Your date is held once we confirm availability and you complete any required deposit.
• The balance is due as stated in your booking confirmation.
• Unless stated otherwise, quoted rates are all-inclusive of captain, fuel, and standard equipment; optional extras (such as private chef catering or watersports) are priced separately.

Cancellations & weather

• Weather. Your safety comes first. If the captain determines conditions are unsafe and cancels, you may reschedule at no charge or receive a full refund of amounts paid to us.
• Guest cancellations. Cancellation and rescheduling windows are set out in your booking confirmation. Please contact us as early as possible.

Aboard the vessel

• The captain has full authority over the vessel, route, and safety decisions at all times.
• Guests must follow the captain’s and crew’s instructions, and applicable maritime and local laws.
• Maximum guest capacity, as stated for each vessel, may not be exceeded.
• You are responsible for any loss or damage caused by you or your guests beyond normal use.

Assumption of risk & liability

Recreational boating involves inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zova Yachtsand its operators are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected charter. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Website use

The site’s content is provided for general information and may change without notice. You may not use the site unlawfully or attempt to disrupt it. Availability, pricing, and vessels are subject to change.

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
